MeetingScribe uses Google's Gemini AI to automatically transcribe audio and video recordings, then generates a polished transcript and structured meeting summary. What once took hours of manual note-taking can be completed in minutes — freeing professionals to focus on decisions rather than documentation.

You'll need your own Google Gemini API key to use this tool. Gemini provides a generous free tier that covers most individual use cases at no cost. Your recording is sent to Gemini for processing; no other data is transmitted to external servers.

Three-Stage Processing Pipeline

• Raw transcription: A verbatim record of everything said, including filler words — ideal when precision is required for legal or compliance purposes
• Polished transcript: Cleaned up for readability — filler words removed, sentences restructured into proper written language — suitable for formal records and sharing
• Meeting summary: Key decisions, action items, and discussion points extracted and organized into a structured overview — ideal for stakeholders who weren't present

Supported Formats and Export

Accepts common audio and video formats including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, and WebM. Export the results as Markdown (.md) for easy use in documentation tools, wikis, and note-taking apps — or as Microsoft Word (.docx) for traditional office workflows.
